LEAD
CHARACTER & LEADERSHIP
Helping Club Kids build confidence, responsibility, leadership skills, and strong community connections through mentorship, teamwork, and positive experiences.
The LEAD focus area encourages Club Kids to discover their voice, strengthen character, and develop leadership skills through service opportunities, peer engagement, mentorship, and community involvement. These programs help young people build confidence, communication skills, responsibility, and positive relationships while preparing them to become active leaders in their schools, Clubs, and communities.
Through teamwork, collaboration, and hands-on experiences, Club Kids are encouraged to lead with confidence, support one another, and grow into caring and engaged members of the community.

“I’m glad my kids go to BGC. All the staff are very nice; they are always very patient and will work with the kids when they are not having the best day. I feel like I can always bring up any concerns…and when I do, issues are addressed and handled. I also love that when my kids come home, they are excited to tell me about their day at BGC.”
