LEVEL UP

LIFE & WORKFORCE READINESS

Helping Club Kids prepare for life beyond high school through career exploration, mentorship, financial literacy, workforce readiness, and real-world learning opportunities.

The LEVEL UP focus area helps teens build confidence about the future by providing opportunities to explore career pathways, strengthen leadership skills, develop workplace readiness, and prepare for life after graduation. Through mentorship, hands-on experiences, financial literacy education, and college and career planning, Club Kids gain valuable skills that support long-term success both personally and professionally.

Whether exploring future careers, learning how to manage money, preparing for college, or building communication and leadership skills, LEVEL UP programs are designed to help teens take meaningful steps toward their goals and future aspirations.

“I love coming to the Boys & Girls Clubs because all of the staff are nice and I can always talk to any of them about any problems I’m having. I also like coming to BGC because they help me with my homework so I can get good grades.”
